24At least once in every fiscal year of the Commission and as directed by the Minister, the Commission shall submit to the Minister for review and approval a business plan that includes the following information:
(a)
a proposed budget for the next three fiscal years;
(b)
management objectives for the next three years; and
(c)
any other information that the Minister specifies.
